The Booking Process
Guests typically will submit a booking inquiry from this website or a third party listing site (VRBO, VacationHomeRentals etc.). The inquiry form will give you a cost estimate for your stay. We will respond by email to let you know if the property is available for your dates and the exact cost. If you are interested in booking after we’ve talked on the phone, we will send an email with a link to complete the booking, sign the rental agreement and pay the reservation deposit with a credit card.
Cancellations and Refunds
All deposits and payments made towards reservations are non-refundable unless we are able to re book your full dates. If we can re-book your exact dates, all monies received to date less a 10% processing fee will be returned. All monies to be returned will be sent no later than 7 days after your original reservation departure was scheduled. To prevent loss of rental payments, we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. You will have an option to purchase travel insurance during the checkout process or you can purchase your own insurance elsewhere (insuremytrip.com offers many options). Travel Insurance premiums are not refundable. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no-shows.
For beach properties, there are no refunds due to inclement weather or power outages unless The National Weather Service advises that Pensacola Beach/Escambia County is in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” or the home is not useable due to storm damage. Effective the date of the “Tropical Storm/ Hurricane Warning” for Pensacola Beach, the owner will refund any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered or any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rent collected or deposit for a reservation scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period. We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of weather damage in your hometown that affects your ability to travel.
